Frequently asked questions
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE REQUIRED?
For best results we recommend a course of 2 treatments -2-3 weeks apart to see optimal improvement in skin quality and then again every 6-9 months months for maintenance of skin health.
HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?
Each session takes between 20 to 30 minutes depending on the area being treated.
WHAT IS THE DOWNTIME?
Recovery time varies for each patient and for each area injected.
You can resume most activities right away, but it is generally recommended that you avoid intense physical activity for the first 24-48 hours to minimize swelling and bruising.
Your specific recovery plan will be discussed prior to having your injections.
