Profhilo Structura

Profhilo® Structura is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment designed to stimulate adipose tissue (fat pads) in areas where volume and structure has been lost.

As we age, the fat pads which sit underneath our skin are redistributed or decrease, resulting in increased hollows in the cheeks as well as the appearance of jowls. The high levels of hyaluronic acid (both high and low molecular weight) in Profhilo® Structura work to regenerate adipose tissue to give a natural looking lift.

Profhilo® Structura is an ideal option for individuals experiencing mid face volume loss (resulting in either sinking or sagging of the face) and who prefer subtle enhancements without drastically altering their appearance.

For optimal results, 2 treatments, approximately 1 month apart, are recommended.

Does the procedure hurt?

Profhilo injections can sting slightly as the product is injected just underneath the skin – however it takes mere seconds for each injection so any discomfort is very short-lived.

How long does it take?

The procedure itself takes no more than 5-10 minutes. However a thorough medical consultation is required prior to this to ensure this is the right treatment for you.

When will I see the results?

Profhilo stimulates collagen production in the body which takes 4-6 weeks from treatment. in terms of “glow” and hydration from Profhilo, this should be visible 1-2 weeks after treatment.

How long will the results last?

The results last up to 6 months if you follow the advised protocol (2 treatments 1 month apart).
